LaSalle's services include pattern making, pattern storage and machining. These in-house capabilities ensure "start-to-finish" responsibility for delivering the highest quality products to our customers on time.
LaSalle’s quality is delivered by experienced tradesmen constantly monitoring sand composition, core making activities, metal temperature, melt rate, shake out, deburring and other factors to ensure each casting meets or exceeds the dimensional integrity and operational utility expected by customers.
LaSalle’s capability is to handle castings up to eight feet in diameter weighing up to 1,800 pounds. Whether a one-off prototype or limited production run, LaSalle's niche is in satisfying special needs, we regularly turn around fully machined replacement parts for auto assembly plants in days.
