Productivity solutions are generated by utilizing years of experience along with Lean Manufacturing processes.  LaSalle has the experience and capability to take your ideas and turn them into castings with high quality, speed and at a competitive price.

Sand Casting

Using the sand casting processes, our molding and core making experts create castings of outstanding dimensional stability and superior appearance. Consistent melting practices and constant chemical and physical properties testing ensures high quality standards.

The sand casting process is precise, versatile, and cost effective. It can be utilized for castings ranging in size from a few ounces to many tons. Dimensional control and consistency in sand castings ranges from about +/-0.030 to +/-0.125 inches.
