CDA 80100 (Hi Con / Oxygen Free Copper) Applications and uses: Corrosion and oxidation resistance applications, electrical and thermal conductors, electrode holders, plates and rings for process industry machinery, and thermal heads.
| |
CDA 81400 (Class 2/Mallory #2) Applications and uses: Similar to Hi Con copper, class 2 is used in similar applications but where higher hardness along with electrical and thermal conductors are required.
CDA 82200 (Class 3/ Mallory #100/ Beryllium Copper) Applications and uses: Bushings, seam welder electrodes, spot welding tips, beam welder shapes, clutch rings, projection welding dies, water-cooled holders, brake drums.
92 Applications and uses: Bearings and bushings, safety tools cams, gears, molds for plastic parts, pump components, pressure housings in salt water corrosion environments, valves.
(Beryllium free class 3 copper) Applications and uses: plastic mold tooling dies, cores, resistance welding-gun arms, welding wheels.

Cast-In-Place Water Lines Cast-in-place glass or Nickel water lines are a specialty at LaSalle. After pouring, the glass tubes are dissolved, Nickel tubing remains in-place, each process providing clean cooling passage through the casting. Several diameters of either tube are available.
